Hi, my name is Mobley Hope and I am not The Queen. The Queen is my mom, Meredith Hendricks, who was diagnosed with Parkinson's 6 years ago. Since her original diagnosis she has been re-diagnosed with Multiple System Atrophy, a more aggressive form of the disease. Finding a cure is all in the research, so please join me for largest fundraiser of the year - "RaceTrac's Run for Research 5K" - in support of the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research! This family-friendly event is open to runners and walkers of all levels. All proceeds, including 100% of registration fees, will go directly to fund the Michael J. Fox Foundation’s support of Parkinson's research. If you would like to joing us for the 5K register here http://atlantaracetracrunforresearch.businesscatalyst.com/ when registering click join a team and find The Queen's Team. Once you have registered for the race e-mail me (email@example.com) your tee shirt size and address, and I will get you a team shirt to wear on race day! There will be free food, prizes, music and more at both events. More than 5 million people worldwide are living with Parkinson's disease today, so lace up your running shoes and show your support! If you are not into lacing up your shoes and joining us please consider making a donation to our fundraiser. Once again the event will be held at The Battery Atlanta, home to our partners the Atlanta Braves! The race will even end inside the stadium!
